– Research and implementation of “standard answers” into the tech support site page for use by other tech support personnel.

Creation and Supervison of Virtual Telemarketing Department
– Marketing Department a virtual component of the company. – All supervised telemarketers were independent contractors working from their residences and utilized various web based programs.
– Set up, implementation, maintenance and updating of *Ring Central*, a virtual PBX phone operation combining operations
– Trained subordinates on use of the virtual phone system.
– Creation, set up, implementation, maintenance and updating of the company web site
– Created audio and web based training tools for hired telemarketers.
– Set up and secured calling data from various private resources commercially offering this material
– Establishing list criteria and parameters, collecting the data from the site, downloading it and then managing the data via a distribution process directly to the telemarketers or uploading to a virtual predicted dialer program.
– Set up, implementation, maintenance and updating a web hosted virtual predictive dialer program (xSELLerator).
