- Research and implementation of “standard answers” into the tech support site page for use by other tech support personnel.

- Determining potential pre-sales issues, if any, and assisting the client in determining how the software resolved or answered their specific needs.

Creation and Supervison of Virtual Telemarketing Department
- Marketing Department a virtual component of the company. – All supervised telemarketers were independent contractors working from their residences and utilized various web based programs.
- Set up, implementation, maintenance and updating of *Ring Central*, a virtual PBX phone operation combining operations
- Trained subordinates on use of the virtual phone system.
- Creation, set up, implementation, maintenance and updating of the company web site
- Created audio and web based training tools for hired telemarketers.
- Set up and secured calling data from various private resources commercially offering this material
- Establishing list criteria and parameters, collecting the data from the site, downloading it and then managing the data via a distribution process directly to the telemarketers or uploading to a virtual predicted dialer program.
